The assault resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
