Site plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
